Iran Test Fires Missiles Capable of Nuclear Payload, Clear Breach of U.N. Resolutions

What have we heard for the longest time out of Iran? We have heard they are a peaceful people, even though we know their rulers are not. We have heard they wanted nuclear capability, even though they said they did not. Russia has come to their defense to say they will make sure that Iran does not get a nuclear weapon, but there are clear charges the Russians are just one of the arms helping Iran in their endeavor. All that we have heard, all that we have seen, and at the end of the day we still believe that the Iranian regime can be talked down. Those people who believe that may need to have their head examined.

It is pretty clear to me that the Iranians know what they want and they are working hard to get it. If they have the missiles to carry a nuclear payload, getting that nuclear payload will not be as hard as some of you may think. If you believe the Russians, they are taking the materials away from Iran to build the nuclear bomb, but that is only if you believe the Russians. Common sense dictates that Russia would want another strong hold in that region, and who better than a regime who could care less if people live or die.

The question now is what does the world do about this? In a smart world Israel would fly over, and invade if necessary, Iran and make sure their nuclear facilities would not be operational for decades. However, we have seen what happens when Israel takes it upon themselves to try and stop people before the threat is right at their door. In this case, if Iran would have the ability to lift a nuclear payload, then not only are the Israeli’s at risk, but so are our troops in the region. This should give us pause and make us think about what it is we should do about this threat. There is only two ways to go: Pull all the troops out before the threat is imminent, or attack Iran. This may be the President’s Fall surprise of 2012!
